Building a great team is beneficial to the organisation. And this may be accomplished by having the right people in terms of experience, knowledge and qualification to work together to complement each other.

yes that's true ,over paying staffs also helps in building a great team ,and payment them on time also matters, when you pay your staffs on time makes them to feel comfortable doing there job .
 
Getting the best for your organization will require you employing the services of the best and capable people. However, you shouldn't overpay a staff as you will be setting a dangerous precedent when employing new staff.
 
What I have noticed is that for you to be able to build up a great team for your business or for whatever you are doing people will first see the zeel and the potential in you before they can be your followers, you need to be passionate and stay focus.

I do not think an overpay is of good to the business. If you want to praise your employees, give them a bonus.
