How to Build a Great Team?

It takes a lot of hard work to be with a vibrant team of different professionals. you need a good knowledge of human psychology in order to bring different expertise to work together for a common goal.

Despite this, I don't think we can understand human beings completely. Moreso, people have different attitudes everyday so it might be difficult to control them.

There's no way someone we have all knowledge about human attitude in this world. But it is good to have knowledge about what makes people respond to different things and use it to your own advantage to build a working team.
 
To build a great team is not an easy task. The bigger task lies on the hand of the management. The management needs to build up what is called mutual respect and trust. Also there should be disipany. Leading by example, should not show others that she has a favorite worker. There should be complete love and unison.
Building a great team to get a successful business is not an easy task , you must have a leadership spirit and teach your employee how to solve a business threat and the importance of working hard.
 
I agree that a leadership spirit has the advantage in cohesion of the team members. That is the purpose of the so called "team building" activities which, I think, is not really effective. The best team building activity for me is the meeting of the minds that we usually get when we go on a trip or on a drinking session. We do not build team with silly activities.
 
Growing in your team is definitely one of the most beautiful things to see. If you want to get cold members then I think you should take time to study the people that you have conviction about first and if possible give them a test.
 
Having a great team will determine how generous you are and how you are able to lead with example not commanding here and there. Having a great team also determine the excitement you create while working. A great team is very important which can help the business to grow faster.
 
I don't think over paying employees will promote a great team i feel it will rather promote laziness. I'm not saying employees shouldn't be well pay though. People with common interest would make a good team and a good leader will also lead a good team.

You first need to build your leadership skill if you want to build a great thing. You must very good at convincing and motivating people to do a certain task. A good interpersonal relationship skills will also help you in building a great team.

I always believe that the best way to handle a great tean is to have a great manager , because that generally contributes to at least 50% of the team's progress. If the leader is good then you should be able to see an improvement.

I’m not saying you should overpay. To have a great team the management must be generous. Generosity, combined with a reputation for fairness along with exciting work is a winning formula to build a great team.

It's not a good idea to overpay staff. Though generosity is a good way of motivation, it might make some staff to become complacent. Introducing bonuses to deserving staff can be a really good idea.

These are very good points. Meeting regularly and sharing ideas is one way of effectively promoting co-operation and productivity among the team. It will give everyone a sense of responsibility.

Research potential workers, go through LinkedIn and other job sites. Find the best you can get, because you never want to settle for what is available at the time.
