Building a great team takes patience and you have to build trust, a good relationship, a good bond, build a good & quality communication in your team, study very one member of your team and working with them base on that
Your points are good. Building a great team also requires patience and understanding because you will have to take time to study and understand all your team members in order to know their strengths and weaknesses.

I believe that a great team could only be made if you hire great people and experienced individual for the job. It is always important to understand that experienced and great employees are the building blocks of any good business.
 
To build a great team you have to set some specific goals for the team to achieve and you have to add members to your team carefully and you should always you guys should always take each other opinion seriously
This is actually why I like to deal with those who are professional when it comes to be at work because they are the kind of people when you have them in your team will always strive to deliver.
