I can remember one time where I used to work in one company, our boss use to do this. She will order food for all of us and pay for all of it. Sometimes, she will stay and use her private car to give us a ride to the nearest bus stop where we are going to take a taxi home.It depends on what your business is all about, and also why you are rewarding them. If it a general reward, then maybe food items would sound nice though. If it is for selected staffs, then maybe some time off or a bonus in terms of money.
The factory or business depends on the workers. If they give their hundred percent, then your business can go on the peak. You should appreciate them instead of criticizing their work.
