How do you reward your employees for a Job well done?

There are wsys, some can be through money while some are shout outs. You can shout out to the department that did the job for a good well done and sometimes you can promote them if the achievement is getting constant. That will show their efforts are being appreciated. You can also give gifts to the particular employee for a job well done

Most business owners do not appreciate or reward their workers. They are always quick to point our their faults and reprimand them but when they do things right they behave like they don't notice it...... Appreciating your workers from time to time boosts their productivity and makes them happy..... To be sincere most of them go the extra mile to ensure that they run our business smoothly and the least we can do is to appreciate them in our own little way. Always encourage your employees whenever they do well because each time you reward them for their good work it helps them to work more harder. There are several ways you can always reward your workers. You can reward them by adding a little percentage to their monthly or weekly wages.
 
Rewarding and applauding your employees for a job well done should be a culture every organization and managers need to embrace. Times without numbers we have seen most mangers ignore good team work and don’t care about how a team did something very good. As a good manager or team lead you need to always applaud good performance either by words of appraisals or bonuses to workers salary to help them boost their work morale.

  1. Personal handwritten note of thanks.
  2. Set up a brag board in the office.
  3. Wash an employee's car.
  4. Serve lunch to your team.
  5. Have an after-work get together at a local restaurant.
  6. Starbucks gift card.
  7. Throw an office barbecue during lunch.
  8. Have a family day at the office.
 
Many employers are always so quick to point fingers and apportion blames when things are not going on well but they won't maintain the same energy when things go well and praise accordingly. You can appreciate the employee by buying things for them or even buying them meals.
 
Appreciation of an employee for a job well done can be done in different ways. Sometimes I give special appreciation bonus, sometimes it takes only letter of commendation.

Time to time salary payment when due.
 
Yes we can rewards our employees for a job well done by giving them promotion and by gifting. We can increase the salary of employees. Employees play an important role in every business. They work hard to promote the business . We can appreciate by rewards so that they do more work .
 
This is one aspect of business a lot of employers take for granted. As an employer, when you feel an employee has performed so well and deserves some accolades, it is important to do so in other to encourage the employee to do better. This can be done by simply giving a gift of appreciation to the employee.
 
I must say that you have raised a very nice topic. And I agree with all that you have said. If you ask me, you can give them promotion, you can praise them openly, you can increase their pay. That is my little contribution.
 
Saying "thank you" or "you're doing well" is one way we can appreciate them. You can commend the staff by also increasing his or her salary, given them a day off, getting them a gift. These ways will make the staffs happy.
