thats nice ,those people that are receiving the bonus will have the subconscious thinking that if they continue to work better they will be eligible to receive it the next time and this will improve the moral of the business organisation.

That is actually a good strategy,because there was a time i had a discusion with one f our personel,we was asking to be given off at least once in a week and we thaught it over,and that actually helped in his time on the job.
 
You would be able to keep result oriented employee by using the giveaway strategy. You would do giveaways once in a while for performing staff. This would serve as a source of inspiration to other staff members. It would be great to make to encourage staffs as it would make them fo more.
 
If skilled employee completes work in less hours means you may reduce hours of work and increase salary this is a kind of motivation I think may there is other methods.
