Businesses that are big enough to be involved in competition must have been motivation there employees but what i believe is the strength of a company relies on competency and passion of employees.For most business to really have a competitive edge in the sector they operate in,one of the most vital needs for growth,is the avialability of skilled manpower and personel to help drive the vision of the firm or business.What are some of the ways to motivate such employees to stay longer on the job.
thats nice ,those people that are receiving the bonus will have the subconscious thinking that if they continue to work better they will be eligible to receive it the next time and this will improve the moral of the business organisation.Even I also worked in an organisation where incentives are very often given.
