motivating a skilled worker is very important for you a business, because when you motivate your worker it enables them to do more and improve on their productivity. motivation is what keeps the worker going and keep them working effectively..
Motivating workers is very essential to enhance productivity and customer delivery. A motivated worker when go the extra to complete task and achieve set targets. Same excitement will be felt by customers. You know what that means, more sales and profits.

There are so many ways to motivate a skilled employee by giving him/her incentive such as allowances e.g leave allowance,food allowance and accommodation allowance
You can also give him bonuses apart from the salary paid and skilled employees should be given promotion in order to encourage them

That is actually a good way to getting them motivated and make them aspire for greater heights in the organization,but a situation where the firm is just in the building stage and cannot afford the luxury of what is optsinable in most big outfit, don't u think it can affect the motivation of the staff?

Yea , but it seems most private organisation do not give opportunity for people to make money and at the same time increased people position. People are not particularly interested to work for private organisations here because to them it is a waste of time.

One of the bait most if not all private firm ususally apply is the wage syndrom,you are kept and paid some good amount of wages so that you will forget all about your plans and things you want to accomplish while on you own.But you can't blame them for that.
