That is very true,we experience this in course of our service to our clients,i found out that what makes some of our employees stay longer is the incentives and the freedom to express themself while they were carying out ther job.I guess the only way to motivate your employee is by giving them some good appraisal at the end of their works,and try as much as possible to be appreciating their job welldone as well.
I too agree. Promotion as well as bonuses are two driving factors. Everyone do hard work, but when they will get bonuses they will work ever harder. It is like boosting up their motivation level.promotion is one of the ways to motivate an employee in your business organisation because this will give them the power and the eagerness to do more,this is what a lot of companies have been doing to boost and improved a business organisation.
Ofcourse,when an employee sees that his effort is been rewarded he or she will want to put in more effort and find means to be innovative to improve his performance,it will be a win-win.When an employee do well their is every chance of the employee applauding its hard work, and given out some incentive adding to its scheduled salary. Nothing motivates more than that.
