MOTIVATING A SKILLED EMPLOYEE

That is a good strategy to employ in the way one can motivate his employees.This will definitely encourage healthy competition among staff members,and it will spur them to always put in their best.
Giving them bonuses or monetary rewards is an effective way of motivating employees. It will make continue to put in their best and also serve as an encouragement to others to work hard as well.

That would definitelly do the magic for the production to really go on s shedule,but in a situation where the monetry aspect do not go as planed,then what other alternative can one use an employer to motivate his staff.
 
One of the bait most if not all private firm ususally apply is the wage syndrom,you are kept and paid some good amount of wages so that you will forget all about your plans and things you want to accomplish while on you own.But you can't blame them for that.
Anyway , No matter What May happen there is nothing that will make me to forget about my life plan. I have work before for someone in the past and this is exactly what happened. We do not have to blame them but employees also at the same time must be wise.
 
We have first of all to be not very selfish with skilled employees as half of the employers are doing and second, we need to hear them honestly because this will motivate them to work.

Most companies are tricked in this way so every day because a lot of works employees leave the company after a half-hour or even one hour of the normal time of work with a little reward that doesn't compensate for the effort then they give breaks to not pay VAT for extra hours.

That is a very good idea that is prevalent in the career path of most employees,because in any organisation the quest to move up the ladder is very strong among staff,but most times you have to test and look at what really works well for your organisation,monetry increment,promotion or day-off.

Definitely it will go a long way to make them to put in more effort at what they dp,because they will have this feeling that there is someone that appriciate their effort,and it will sort of boost productivity at work.
One of the ways to bring out the best in a workers is the ways compliment them on every good work being done. Motivate them by giving them tips for job well done. Pay their salary when it's due. Listen to every complain and grudge they have and resolve it peacefully.
That is one of the strategy we applied and as we adopt that measure, it really worked for us,because one of the things that motivates employees is that their salary is coming as at when due.

It is not all business organisation that will promote all their employees. if you considered it in terms of motivation then what will happen In smaller business that can't promote its employee.

It is not easy to motivate a skilled employee in your organization. He or she will always think that they know a lot already and they can deliver their assigned tasks effectively.

The point is that it will be very difficult and the reason why I said so is because most of the employees that are working on smaller business organisation are just doing it for the meantime and not something they considered for long-term purposes. This is because of the low payment rate associated with solar business Enterprise.
