Between existing customers and new customers which one someone needs to give special treatment?

I believe both customers are important for growth of the business. A good business man needs to maintain a good and healthy relationship with old customer s as well as new ones because both the old and the new ones are good source of advertisement.

In as much as both needed to be given the same treatment but if I had to choose then it will be existing customers. The reason being that existing customers has known in and out and how the product is and how they can go about to source it from another means.
 
I will not treat one special than the other, I will rather treat them equally, because if I decide to abandon my old customers because of the new one then am simply been stupid,same goes to me abandoning the new because of the old. In business both the old and new customers are important and should be treated specially.
 
Both the existing customers and the new customers are important and you as a business man or woman needs to get both of them attention. But in most cases you have to give special attention to the new customers, serve them extra ordinary so that they will keep coming to your business.
 
There should be no favouritism of customers, old customers were once the new customers. For a business to move forward and yield in productivity, customer service has to be top notch

Both old and new client and customers are to be treated with special care, because the old customer are the pioneer clients they have been there for a long time come rain come sun,and the new customers too should be welcome gladly to the business.
 
Both new and old customer's should be treated equally because they both contribute to the growth of the business so in order to keep them coming they both deserve preferential treatment..
 
To avoid losing any of them treat the good, and also treatment is should be given to the survive. Don't be biased towards your customers as it definitely have impact on the children. Don't be mean to anyone either your current customers or noy

Your current customers are its best customers because they are more likely to spend as much on your products; because they keep your retention strong; because with each successive year their lifetime value continues to grow, they remain loyal; and because they are likely to refer others to your brand.
 
In my opinion both are very important. The old customer is as important as the new customer. Customers are life to your business without them you will loose in your business if you concentrate on the new one and leave the old ones you will loose the old ones and that is not for business.

There is no customer that is not worthy to be given a special treatment either old customersor new customers. If you give preferential treatment to existing customers and refuse to give your new customers shey may likely not patronize the business the second time.
If a business want to be successful both existing and new customers are to be treated equally infact, new customers needs special treatment than old customers because you need extra energy to convince them to keep patronizing your business.
 
Both of them need the special treatment , because you can't denial an old customer because of new one at the same time you can't over look a new customer because he may turn out to be one of the big fish you have been praying to have in your business.

Well both have the same name called customer, as long as they are your customers, you need to always see how to make them feel special, I believe the new customers came through the old one most time. In business both existing customers and new customers both are very important so I would advice one to channel the same energy on both of the in other not to miss it all. To some person they might say new customers but I disagree to that.
 
I think both of them are very very important, but personally I will attend to a new customer because the existing customer is very easy to control and he has learn all the uncles and all the business terms, so I will just focus on a new customer.

My brother give attention to both of them! They are your helpers develop your relationship with older customers and maintain you relationship with your new ones.

An existing customer is very preferable as they also go to order an item or can have an order of a bulk items this is really help too much the business as like its gives boosts to the sales of the company and new customers also has the potential like existing customer.
