Would you rather hire a manager or run the site(s) yourself?

I have seen a forum owner who does not know much about site security, so he hired someone who's good in that to help him take care of security of he website.

This is actually a good way to make money online. I have been looking for this kind of opportunity and I will be very glad if you have other websites I can manage on your behalf

If I have the funds, I'll get an experienced person to manage my site for me. But if I don't, I will have to be the one to be managing it.

Hiring a manager or running a website on my own depend on a whole number of factor. For example, if am very busy I will definitely give the website to a manager to manage for me and vice versa

It depends on the individual with the site is he learned enough to manage the site or not if he is not then hiring someone to manage the site is best for him.

Would you rather hire a manager to run your site, or would you rather do that all yourself. It would be cheaper to run yourself, but sometimes having a manager gives you more time to devote to other work and sites being worked on. I like the idea of hiring someone soon to run a couple of my sites. I just need a break and I think this would be a great idea.
If I have a lot of money, I will hire a manager to my business. I will delegate some jobs to him. But he will be answerable to me if the business is not doing good.

What aspects of websites do you manage? It seems to me that only those who take care of website security get hired mostly.

If it is someone I know has the capacity and is trustworthy , I would rather pay them to help me manage the website on my behalf.

This will greatly depend on the amount of work I have to be doing because if I am going to be very busy then hiring another person to manage my website is going to be a good idea.

Sometimes website require a lot of close attention in order to be able to scale it and if you are a busy person then hiring someone to be able to manage the site will be a very good idea.

If you can handle your site, there is no need to hire one. But it can be another source of income to others when you appoint them as site managers. It all depends on the time factor here. But if you are just a beginner, do it yourself.

Depending on my schedules, I would rather I run it myself. Buy if I were the busy type of person, I would simply and quickly get a manager for the job

I believe that you should never hire a person to manage your site if your website is in the initial stages of development. You must only hire a person to manage your website if your website has gained much success.

If I have a website the best thing is to ruj ot myself from the beginning of the website and develop it myself before handing it over for someone to help me manage in the long run

I think I would prefer to manage it myself and hire someone to just help in some other stuff. You know how forum admins usually hire moderators? That is what I would do. They don't have full control of the site but they help out in some things for I know that I may not manage to do it all myself.

I would also like to hire a manager to do the job for me. However, I would only hire a manager if I am really earning massive amount of income from my website. I will only hire experienced and talented manager because I would not risk losing my traffic! :)

Yes, it is a good idea to hire someone. But this should be done later on when you have done the job yourself and you understand the magnitude of the job. Also, working hands-off sometimes is risky because you have trade secrets and clients on your site, you wouldn't want someone to have all this from the word go. You should be in control at least for the first few years until you feel it is becoming overwhelming.

Also, if you think you don't have the necessary expertise to run the technical side of the blog, you can outsorce.

As for me the way I look at it,you better run it yourself ,this may help you to know how much you get maybe every week or month. than hiring a manager, some manager may not give you good report on your business he may end up cheating you.

That is right. I also prefer managing my website on my own. I am sure it is not too much work. I can do it as part time. I can also hire someone to post content for me but I will be the one managing it.

If I don't have much thst I am doing, I can manage site myself. But if I am busy or I don't know much about site mamagement, I can give it out for mamagement.

At the start of the business I would have to manage everything about the website myself but as business expands, would prefer an experienced manager

Depending, do I have time, would I be the best person to manage it, can I afford a Manager? If all this questions are answered I would know if I'm right for the job
