Ideas on site and know how tight do you operate you can be able to run your site yourself but if you have other business and you prefer a manager to run it for you it's okay. This depends on what kind of website I am operating. If the website is ecommerce website, i will hire a professional manager to manage my site rather than trust myself
Yes and if it's a site you can manage on your own without it affecting your other activities then there is no need bringing in a site managerI think you site is a big one and it's bringing you lots of profits as well, unlike someone who has a site with less attention. I don't think such a person can afford managers.
Hiring a site manager is good and adviseable but as the owner of the site , you must be able to be spending times on the site to know much more about the site. One thing I have decided to do, was hire a site manager for each of my sites. It will be someone who runs the site by themselves. They get a cut of profit as well, so it's extra great for them. They need to manage the content and make sure to promote as well.
