If I own a site.. And I have other things I venture into, the best option is to hire a manager for good management. So thevl existence of the site won't be an history

This depends on what kind of website I am operating. If the website is ecommerce website, i will hire a professional manager to manage my site rather than trust myself
Ideas on site and know how tight do you operate you can be able to run your site yourself but if you have other business and you prefer a manager to run it for you it's okay.

If you do not have knowledge and skills to operate a site, you should never launch your site. Never attempt to do anything that you do not have knowledge and skills.

Since I have a lot of other activities that is going on in my life I would like to hire someone to handle my site for me,this will really be the best because that a lot of things I need to focus more now, hiring a manager is the best.

I would like to run the website myself if I have the luxury of time to do so but in the event where there is no time it is advisable to hire a manager who would do the work better for you

I think hiring a manager is a good idea if and only if you don't have time or too busy that you can't handle the sites and you also need to pay the manager well, so that he will be more motivated.

Hiring a site manager is actually a good move, as it would help reduce the work load for you, especially in a situation where by you have more than one site under your control. You just need to hire someone you can trust to some extent and as well set a limit to the amount of power they weild in the site

I have three sites and I am managing all of my sites by myself. If my sites were generating tons of money I would have definitely hire a manager to look after my site.

I might never hire a site manager as long as I cna manage my site all by myself. However, time to time I might hire virtual assistance to work on my sites

I think you site is a big one and it's bringing you lots of profits as well, unlike someone who has a site with less attention. I don't think such a person can afford managers.

This is actually a good way to make money online for the website manager. A lot of people don't know they can actually make money from this aspect and its a good area to make money from

Yes and if it's a site you can manage on your own without it affecting your other activities then there is no need bringing in a site manager

Besides manager you are going to hire to handle your project must be a trustworthy person. Some people see a post of site manager as an opportunity to steal some of the things they are lacking.

If I would hire someone to hire a site manager, s/he must meet two vital conditions, first is trust to be sure I can leave the business and secondly experience.

You can even hire someone who is very loyal to you. This person will represent you very well at the sides and prevent any progress that may want to occur from the workers.

Having different managers for your different sites is a good thing as it gives the manager opportunity to be able to be able to manage the business very well

You are going to have a problem if you hire a site manager you don't know anything about. You might see it as an opportunity to steal some of the resources on the site.

One thing I have decided to do, was hire a site manager for each of my sites. It will be someone who runs the site by themselves. They get a cut of profit as well, so it's extra great for them. They need to manage the content and make sure to promote as well.
Hiring a site manager is good and adviseable but as the owner of the site , you must be able to be spending times on the site to know much more about the site.

If you know that your engagement with other things won't enable you to manage your entire websites, you should do the needful and have someone who have expertise managing some of them for you.
