Would you rather hire a manager or run the site(s) yourself?

Both running a site and hiring a manager are both good but if you have what it takes to oversee the site yourself , why can't you oversee the sites yourself but if you don't have any managerial skill, its better to hire a manager.

I would like to handle or manage my site myself when i eventually have one but if the work becomes too much and i can afford it then i don't see anything wrong with hiring a manager.

Hiring manager that will control the affairs in the company is a good idea, especially when you knows That the person will control everything appropriately, but when you have much time as the owner of the business, you can be the manager yourself.

One thing I have decided to do, was hire a site manager for each of my sites. It will be someone who runs the site by themselves. They get a cut of profit as well, so it's extra great for them. They need to manage the content and make sure to promote as well.

I don't need any manager on what website I have ... I can handle myself, I really don't need anyone's help. here it also depends on what site you own.

A lot of people always think that delegation of tasks is a bad issue or you're trying to show arrogance which isn't so.
If you know, you'll not be bothering yourself with non rewarding activities that can easily be sorted.

no, I wouldn't hire a manager to manage my site (s) because I don't need to, I don't have a site big enough to deal with. I'm taking care of him for now :)

Yes thanks for the insight. Hiring a website manager to manage your website for you is a very good idea so far the person will agree to my terms and conditions. I will have to dialogue and interview such a person

You can be the manager for all the websites you own. The only thing you can do to delegate is to hire writer and virtual assistant to do some of the basic stores like writing formatting and posting of content on the website. you can also hire an editor to correct some of the mistakes in this content produced by the writers.

This usually is a good way to start if you are small and need some help, but not sure that people still go for you get some of the profit kind of payment :(

I will only hire a manager if my time would earn me more returns elsewhere. If you can justify the salary you are giving your manager, then you should actually go ahead and hire one. It all depends on your cost-benefit analysis. A manager is supposed to clear your schedule so that you can better invest your time an energy elsewhere.

If this is the first time that you have to work with new cPanel or even Softabulous or Plesk means manager could guide you for different administration params but if you are already someone how have experimented then you have to choose between hire manager or running yourself.

I would definitely hire a manager , this is slightly due to the fact that I am not conversant with the happenings of the web and so it would be wise to have a knowledgeable person take over.

This is a wise decision, however it is good to as well learn the basics of management so that one can still monitor and cobtrolthe manager the right way.

Recruiting a chief method your site is producing huge load of cash and you can stand to pay the supervisor. In any case, for little site proprietors this is basically unrealistic on the grounds that little sites are little since they are not acquiring a lot.

It would be less expensive to run it yourself, yet in some cases having a supervisor gives you additional opportunity to commit to other work and locales being dealt with. I like recruiting somebody soon to run two or three my destinations. I simply need a break and I think this would be really smart.

If I could find a better use for my time elsewhere, I wouldn't employ a manager. You ought to employ a manager if you can defend the pay you are paying your current one. Your cost-benefit analysis will determine everything. Your manager's job is to free up your calendar so you may devote your time and effort elsewhere.

Would you rather hire a manager to run your site, or would you rather do that all yourself. It would be cheaper to run yourself, but sometimes having a manager gives you more time to devote to other work and sites being worked on. I like the idea of hiring someone soon to run a couple of my sites. I just need a break and I think this would be a great idea.
When the website reaches a very high point in terms of revenue generation, it is crucial to bring in an expert who will be able to manage the website and to provide higher-quality services to your customers. I think that hiring a manager is an indication of growth in the business world.

I solidly agree with your point. It would be helpful doing the same.
Because the stress associated with doing it yourself can be very daunting . It might cost you alot bit of the income, but it is worth it.

I think that delegating authority to an expert over your website could be the best move because they will manage the website superbly and maybe add features that can improve the traffic to your website

First of all it depends from the task to manage if it is first time to manage or you have experience, so this is not related to the number of forums but your knowledge or lack of knowledge even having one site and trying to manage a new feature.
