Would you rather hire a manager or run the site(s) yourself?

Knowing myself then i think I would rather hire a manager than doing it all myself because that way I could pour my attention to other tasks that could be likewise as benefiting too so there's that

This would depend on the type of site you are running.
But it is wise to get a manager and you must always keep watch and give support

It actually depends on my schedule. If I have time to run it, I would.bit if I don't ,then I'd just have to hire someone that can do the job

Hiring a manager means your site is generating a lot of money and you can afford to pay the manager. However, for small website owners this is simply not possible because small websites are small because they are not earning much.
Exactly, you can only hire if you are capable of paying. I don't see anything wrong with hiring so far as the money is there.

I like to learn new things, be creative, take decisions after evaluating and I love taking the risks myself. So, I'll prefer to manage my site by myself although I'll take lessons from coaches and mentors but I won't hire any expert to manage for me because I hope to be an expert soon.

Hiring a manager for your side is definitely going to increase your running cost so I will only consider doing it if I see that the workload is becoming too much for me to handle.

If the said site is a new site, I would rather not be hiring anybody for it at the moment instead I will be managing it myself. But after a while, when things might have improved and more hands might be needed, then I can hire a manger for it

Think the best option is to hire a manager and also you have a general oversight of every situation allow the manager to make good decisions on his or her own because the issue of you making wrong decision is 100% possible because of your fear to take risks in your own company

One thing I have decided to do, was hire a site manager for each of my sites. It will be someone who runs the site by themselves. They get a cut of profit as well, so it's extra great for them. They need to manage the content and make sure to promote as well.
Personally, I believe that it's something that is going to be very important for your website since you can't be able to manage it all by yourself. The extra hand will definitely be helpful.

Well, it's something that is going to be determined by the kind of schedule that you have. If it's free enough for you to handle your website, then there is no need to hire anyone to do it for you.

If you are a busy person and you have other projects to attend to, then sure this is great idea, as it allows you focus on other tasks at hand as well.

That's a good decision because you can't be everywhere. You would have to delegate duties to people too, it will definitely increase the effectiveness of your job.

If the task is demanding and couldn't be managed by one person, I would have to hire someone for effectiveness. If it could be managed by one person, I will manage it myself.

Instead of hiring a manager for each of the website, you can simply hire one that you manage all of them. Hiring different managers will cost you more money at this can affect your cash flow.

At the early stage I would like to run my website by myself. this will give me the opportunity to know what works and what doesn't works with the website I am running. Then I can hire a manager once the website grows beyond my capacity.

Well, hiring and not hiring a manager, depends on the entrepreneur. if I will be the one, in concerned, and I have the time, knowledge and skills, on how to manage my business, then definitely I will have no need to hire a manager. so many people hire managers because they lack the knowledge to handle the business or sometimes they lack time for themselves.

There's no need to hire a assistant if you have enough time to run the site, I will only hire an assistant if I don't have enough time or if I'm running multiple sites.

If managing the site by myself wouldn't allow me engage in other productive things that would improve myself or the business, I'll rather give the site to someone else to manage.
It'll be good to have time to focus on productive processes that would drive me and my business forward.

Even though I am running a lot of websites, I do not have managers to help me run my websites. Most of my websites are blogs, so they do not need lot of work except publishing one-two article every now and then.
