Their are staff members that seems irreplaceable in the company, they work so well that we can't do without them. We should always make bonus packages for tjem as token of appreciation for their good job to carry the company to greater height.

I think the best approach to this is to give them extra benifits. Their pay should be higher based on their experience and years in the organization. I have seen organization where their older and well experience staff are paid more and are being sent to other countries for vacation once in awhile
