When it comes to running a forum and running a forum well, you will usually find that you have a lot of different staff members for different roles.

To ensure that a forum runs well, you will find that you will need to keep all the staff in the loop as best you can so that no one gets left behind or lost in terms of any updates that are taking place.

Do you try and keep all your staff members in the loop about everything? What method have you found it best to do this?
 
Yes I always keep my staff in the loop when it comes to updates for the site. All staff members should be on the same page and aware of any changes regarding the community.
 
We have a staff only board that only staff can see. That works well. Have had group PMs too.
