Why are you hiring only experienced staff?

Most of the times it is just easier hiring experienced hands working for you than newbies who have no know how about how to manage your business. It makes activities fast and effective

I'd love to hire newbies inorder to train them but that will be in another segment. The old broom knows the corner so needless to say this, I'll go for only professionals and train the amateurs.

Hiring experienced staffs is a lot more easier to handle things than the inexperienced ones. I know this based in w first hand experience i have had With such situations in the past

Many businesses are always on the lookout for the experience. Most times when you look at an ad for a job, the experience is usually one of the prerequisites for applying.

Inexperienced applicants will never have the chance to acquire the experience if they never get hired. What is your take on that?
To be very honest with you I use to have problem with that, most employer will want to employ somebody who is 22 years old with 5 years experience when did the person finish school, I think is wise for most employers to train there staff and stop looking for experience

That's just the irony of life, but as a business owner you wouldn't opt to employ someone who only knows about the theoritical aspect of a business while there is someone who is really experienced and manipulative in the business

I hate companies that requires only experienced staffs, I mean why not admit experienced and few of inexperienced staff, it'll help them grow. Funny enough companies don't think about this, they just want to look out for their self alone

Most businesses doesn't have the time to train their workers or inexperienced workers on jobs that requires expertise. They would rather get experienced workers to add value to their business than spending more to train workers, which means adding more expenses.

Yes you are right, I have come across such companies, they would simply state The number of years experience they want for that vacant position. While there are other companies who create training sections for their employees.

Why would I spend money on people who do not have skills, knowledge, and experience? Experienced means the person has knowledge and skills, he can make your business successful. Inexperienced people do have have enough knowledge and skills to make your business successful

If you are running a big business and you want to hire a people, I think to be looking for employee is to come and work for you, not to be come and do a practical. It's only small business that will hire a I people not a big business. Because big business will need a experience person that will add more value to their company.

Since we are constantly heading into a skill-dominated market, clever recruiters should take advantage of the ability to find talented applicants by finding talents who battle against more subtle biases.

Obviously it will be easier to work with experience people than people who do not have a good understanding about what you are doing .most company don't like this to teach their staff member about what the business is all about that is why they need experience people.

Staffs bringing in their wealth of experience into the job roles I have given them only helps me and my business move forward in a fast-paced position and this is something I would not want compromise

It's quiet annoying cause then, where will the newly graduated and young ones get their experience from if not from these companies and also if they will not give them jobs then how are they supposed to amass that wealth of experience they are looking for

Well, I have seen recruiters who allow applicants to learn on the job. I think most businesses look out for experienced applicants because they do not want to 'walk with their heads looking over their shoulders'. Hiring an experienced person makes the work easier and more effective, also the rate of supervision is reduced.

In order for your business to be successful you will need to hire the experience workers to make some tasks easy for your business

I would hire both experienced and non-experienced staff. Those that are not experienced can always get to learn if they are ready, but for those who are not, with time if I notice laziness or incompetence,I might let you go.

because people with experience understand the fundamentals of business communication and reporting They frequently comprehend viewpoints across disciplines and managerial systems better than less experienced applicants.

With my own little understanding. Companies employ experienced workers because they want a worker that knows the job well and with there experience, they will know how to handle the job in case there is a problem, not the inexperienced one that will have to wait for the seniors and ask for what to do. in conclusion, they want an employee that they will not have to supervise there work all the time.

People hire experience staff simply because of the promotion of their business and the influence of their experience because when staffs know what to do the job will be on a fast pace.

The issue of companies hiring only experienced staffs is a big call for concern because how would those without experience gain experience if they don't get jobs but who can blame much companies, the coat of training is high

Experience staff is what every business needs that doesn't mean that the business owner will not employ inexperienced staff he will but he will employ more experience staff so that they could guide the inexperienced once and yeild productivity
