Why are you hiring only experienced staff?

Yes that's right , that's why the beginning is very hard for any employee cause companies Always will prefer expérienced applicant than you so you should do many stages to get hired .

This thread actually reminds me of a study that was conducted on sales staff. The study proved that experienced staff are actually much better at handling clients. This is one of the biggest reasons why people prefer experienced staff. However, this alone does not mean that inexperienced people cannot handle people in a proper way. In the end, it depends on how talented a person is, actually.
 
What you needed staff for at a particular point in time will determine the type of staff you will employ. Experienced staff can work with little or no supervision which most inexperienced staff cannot do.

It is very important not to get someone that is not skilled in the business that you are working within however you have to remember that in order for someone to gain experience they have to work somewhere or the other. So if they have the eagerness and the willingness to learn then I think that it is important to give unexperienced workers an opportunity as well.
 
Since we are constantly heading into a skill-dominated market, clever recruiters should take advantage of the ability to find talented applicants by finding talents who battle against more subtle biases.
You will hire only experience stuff because you need your work in progress to be adequate and this is to avoid destruction and also encourage good working environment.
 
Hiring experienced staff will eliminate the period you need to use to train a new and an experienced staff for the job. Once your hire experienced staff, there is no need to spend extra cost on training the new stuff.
 
While it is good to employ experienced workers, they were once inexperienced too and someone else made them experienced. In essence, we should consider the inexperienced people too.
 
There are some rules in my organisation that I only reserve for experienced members too because they can work alone and then they can also help in bringing up newer employees.
 
Seriously the level at which people ask for experienced staff or workers made me sit one day and ask myself "does these people think experience falls from the sky straight into someone's body" but after a while, it hit me that most business owners want brillant composed and skillful people and most times they know they might not be skilled enough but they expect you t be self-confident to be able to catch up fast.

I believe every employer wants the best for his business and thus it is right for him to hire people with experience . This will make it easier for them to cope with the job
 
Experience is very important when it come to hiring employees this is because you don't have much time to waste waiting for an inexperience employees to learned. And also just knowing this person is experience tell you he or she have invested in their selves.
 
It is very important that anyone who has a business and they want to hire a worker or a staff should hire the experienced ones because they will take the business to the next level.
 
Hiring an applicant depends on the need for a worker to do a specific job. When we needed additional computer programmers for the projects we hired experienced programmers. But there was a time that we hired entry level for training as programmers. They pay is lower but the company can gain when the trainee becomes a full-fledged programmer.
 
When you're hiring people into your business you need the best type of people that is going to take the stress and problem from you, you may not have time to teach them anything as a business organisation that is why they are going for experience staff.
 
It is a matter of two things - there could be an inexperienced individual who's very knowledgeable or skilled at the job.

Yeah, main reason is boss or bosses just don't want to take the time to train new employees. Workers with experience can get through the hiring process faster too without testing just get then to work without delay.

Hiring experience applicant when it comes to starting up new business, company, or organization is very important for the growth of the business
 
In orde to get the job done with limited supervision then the company looks out for experience people to employ to do the work
