Ever hire a customer to work for you?

The customer may have the interest of the business at heart and not hiring them because, just like you said, a passenger shouldn't be working for a transportation company, seems wrong to me. It doesn't make a lot of sense as the interest that one can get from it is all that matters.

There are many people who have been customers of many big companies like McDonald's. They may be using products manufactured by popular companies like Microsoft as well. However, there may come a time when they may be applying for the exact same company as well.

Why I had to see it that way is if a passenger is making use of my transportation services to travel where they needed to which might not be their residence, they will not live within a close proximity to encourage working for me. I like my workers living close to my business.

When it comes to food business, there's always a possibility that some people who makes use of the restaurant in buying what they want to eat can come tomorrow and decide to work for them. I know a lot of people who eat from KFC that started working for them.

No, I've never. Because hiring a customer to work for me can be a double-edged sword. On the one hand, they already have experience with the company and its products or services, so they may be a good fit for the job. They may also be highly motivated to do a good job, since they're already invested in the company's success. On the other hand, it's important to consider the potential conflicts of interest that could arise from hiring a customer. For example, they may have an unfair advantage over other candidates, or they may be biased in their work.

It is always going to be in your best interest to make sure that those whom you decide to hire to become your employees are the right people for the job. This is something that plays a key role in making sure that your business stays afloat. It doesn't matter what another person thinks about your business, what concerns you is making sure that you get the right people to do the job for you.
