Why are you hiring only experienced staff?

Actually there are several reasons as to why experience staffs are always needed. every business entrepreneur wants production and an inexperienced staff is as good as non productive.

The simple answer to this question is: why should I take risks by hiring inexperienced staff? Why should I hire inexperienced staff and later regret my decision? However, I also believe that freshers should also be given chances and if you see what qualification n they have and if they are highly qualified to do the job, hiring fresher can also be good for your business.

There are many firms that tend to hire professional people only and this is especially the case when they need experienced people in order to tackle job positions that are specifically created for specific people. They may be held responsible and those positions cannot be handled by inexperienced people.

Inexperienced applicants will never have the chance to acquire the experience if they never get hired. What is your take on that?

There is nothing wrong with hiring a staff who doesn't have experience because there is always a first time for someone to acquire experience on the job. But it is always going to be in your best interest to mix it up with some experienced staff and inexperienced ones, so the experienced ones are going to help and train the new ones who don't know exactly how to work in the business.
 
In the fast paced business environment that we have now achieving results at a faster rate is a lot more important. If a company is not fast about an idea, their competitor may launch it before them, taking over the customer base as well. Due to that, employers want experienced hands that will deliver the needed result in no time. That will cost more money compared to going for inexperienced, cheaper alternatives. But that will gain them the market.

The only challenge with hiring only experienced and professional employees for your business is that their fees are always very high but when it comes to being efficient in carrying out their duties, this is something that you will already have a very good guarantee on.
 
If I needed to hire someone, I would hire the best people for the job. Wouldn't you want experienced staff working on your business? I wouldn't want to deal with people not experienced in the type of job they do. Wouldn't make any sense unless they wanted an easier or simple job.

Hiring people who are not experienced for the job will always make a mess of the whole process. It doesn't look good to hire one that doesn't understand anything about the business just to start teaching them. If it is on an intern basis, I will understand and not make it a huge matter at all.
 
Experience is a vital requirements when recruiting labor force. No employer would want to place an employee in a position without trust on the employee. Moreover this helps the company saves cost of training new recruits.

I think that experienced staff have a much better chance of making the business scalable. Apart from that, since they have experience, they may know a lot about the nature of the customers or needs of the customers. This also plays a big role.

Well, we must understand that experienced staff could be helpful to our business. However, we must also need to make sure that we compensate them accordingly. This is also one of the main reasons why experienced staff get paid much more.

Personally, I don't think there is any downside when it comes to hiring employees who are experienced in the job they are hired to do. The only thing is that they might require a higher pay but they will also be able to make more than that money for your business.
