To whom should business be more responsible?

Actually both the workers or the employees and the customers are very important because without the employees there will be no production and without the customer there will be no sales of company products.

A business owner should be responsible to both customers and employees because they're the most integral aspects of the business without which the business will crumble.
 
Actually sometimes it depends on how individuals value their workers or employees. They are the first priority of every organisation with out which there will be no labour supply for the production.
 
I think the business should be more responsible to the customers cause without customers I don't think the business will even grow or continue again so the customers are responsible for the business.
 
I believe that businesses are supposed to be much more responsible to their customers because that is the initial intention of opening a business. The employees are supposed to come second because they are the ones that make the day-to-day runnings very easy.

As a business it is always important that you should take your customers as the most important people in that business. It is also important that you should set effective customer support and customer retention strategies to ensure that they always come back.
 
I think all are responsible both the entrepreneur, customer and the employees are responsible because it's their joint effort that lead to the success of the business without one of them the business might have not started.
 
A motivated and well-compensated employee may lead to a domino effect. If your employee has a happy working environment, they will give customer service. Having satisfied customers will give good earnings to the business, shareholders will benefit from it.

Actually different people have different opinions about to whom is business more concerned. most times some say it's to the customers and the employees but so also the entrepreneur is very important because he is the engine room for the establishment.
 
Business can only thrive when people take full responsibility and not try to shift the blame to others when things are not going as they may have earlier planned or imagined.

I think the same as you the business should be more responsilbe for his employees and only then for his costumers after all if the employees wouldn't be happy with their job they will make it bad and then the costumers wouldn't like it and might get disappointed of the work place. The business must take care of it's employees and be comfortable for them so they can work with no worries, they should be paid well just as needed for the job they are working at everyday and they should get treated nicely just as every person would want to get treated. And when an employee is leaving the job the job must give him the compensation money he deserve and the pension he needs for his life.
