To whom should business be more responsible?

The responsibility of the business owner towards their employee simply because the employee are the source of their wealth and must be taken good care of if you want the business to last long.
I still blame our government for most of these things because a lot of employees are being abused because of high level of unemployment by wicked business owners. Have you worked for a private organisation before ? How was it ?

Business should be more responsible for customers, once there are no customers a business will not be able to start or stand. Then followed by the workers who runs the affairs of the business.
 
That is exactly the point. You cannot tilt towards one than the other because they are both equally important for the success of the business and one should not be favoured more than the other.
What I have come to understand here is that without both parties operation of business will be impossible because they are as equally very important in the smooth running of a business , but why do some people value customers more than the employee ?

A business without a customer will never bring you any better result.
 
You have a good point though, the business should be responsible to the employees first, because they are the back bone of the company, without them they would not be able to grow or meet the needs of the customers.
That is very much in place,because without the work force there would'nt be any service rendered,but the customers and shareholders are very important as well,because it would just be like saying the eye or nose is more important in the body.

A business is in the hands of the owner and it is his responsibility to employ workers who will help him or her run the business and also bring customers to patronize him.

You are right. Businesses are set up to satisfy customers and also to make profits. So there must be an acceptable balance aimed at achieving both objectives in the organization.

I think the busines should be more responsible towards their employees, then the customers. I think that if any good company that wants to make sure their business runs effectively, they have to be able to have the employee be happy with their wages and to be able to get what they expect from their job. The happy employee, will help with increasing the number of return customers to the business, thus increasing the shareholders overall earnings.
Customer is king sums the answer to your question. Though they must care for the welfare of employees but it's no secret that every activity a business does is geared towards the consumers and satisfying them because proceeds from them is what runs the business.
 
A business is supposed to be responsible for both their employees and also their customers who are paying them and they should always ensure that this set of people happy.
 
Business solely depends on customers. I've witnessed first hand bad managers that are rude towards their employees but the business still blooms
of course you need to understand that your customers are the bedrock of your business in order to become successful. So many people downplay the importance of customers but on the long run they will start losing them. It is also to be responsible towards your employees.

Probably, customer satisfaction is very important and at the same time it is also very important and necessary for you to satisfy your employees. Putting this set of people into consideration is very important.
 
It depends sometimes. it can more responsible to the entrepreneurs, because they are major owners of the factors of production and also responsible to the employees because they are those involved in the production process.
You employees are your first family they are the one that make people want to relate with you so the people you should be responsible to are your employees.
Actually the employees are your first family and they are most backbone of every production company because without them, production can not really be more effective.

Probably, without customers there will be no business because profit can be made is by getting customers. this is something that business people need to take into consideration before making some certain decisions in their business environment.
 
Well it depends because all involved, both the entrepreneur, employees and the customers has so much roled been played in the business distribution. but I think the customers are the reason for every establishment.

You are actually right , the customers are the main reason why our business is always in existence , because without their patronage, it will be difficult for the business to continue .
