I think the idea of getting vacation packages from your company is a dream for many people, but it's not possible for every business to provide their staff with such luxuries. Every business has different financial conditions and plans.

It is the financial standing of a business that is going to make it possible for such business to offer vacation packages to all of the employees. Without a business being very profitable, it is totally impossible for that business to offer even one week vacation packages to any of their employees.
