Skills or Morals

The truth is skills and morals are very important if one must succeed in anything he wants to do in today's world. But I will strongly prefer morals over anything else in this life because it goes a long way to say much about someone.

Morals don’t get job done skills and experience gets the jobs done. I’ll advise you go for the one with skills cause the purpose of the recruitment Is to increase your labor force and fasten the time taken to get jobs done.

Skills and moral are all important in time of business.
The issue of skills and moral they are all helpful skills are always the best way to increase or produce quality products and that of moral support the grouth of business. Moral in all acpect is needed.

The both are very important both skill and moral are important moreover the are working for each other when you have someone that have skill and don't have moral the person will not move forward in life they both work for each other

For you to even consider the one who is on unskilled but have good manners means that you like people who did display good manners. You can actually help refine the skills of the unskilled fellow to meet your desired level.

Morals, also known as moral values, are the system of beliefs that emerge out of core values. Morals are specific and context-driven rules that govern a person’s desire to be good. They can be shared by a larger population, but a person's moral code may differ from others' depending on their personal values.

There are so many ways to make money online, you just need to know where to look.

Survey sites, markets and blogging can be great sources of additional revenue.

Getting on something that can make a lot of money in a month can be a challenge - but if you're in the mood for it, you can potentially make extra money

For the sake of my business, I will go for the unskilled but well mannered because he or she should be the teachable type who would not see me as nagging too much. A correctable person. So that he can improve while my business improves too.

moral skills help us to excel in the moral life and they help us avoid getting derailed along the way. In terms of the fundamental values, they strengthen our ability to formulate realistic plans and move toward exemplary actions. They also provide a kind of protection, keeping us from engaging in corrosive actions that undermine our ability to reach our ultimate goals.

Since we are dealing with business here I would say go for the one that is unskilled with manners, she can always learn the skill with time she will get better because having someone without manners will not be good for your business customers will always remember people who treated them bad and they will not want to patronize that person again so go for the person who has manners as she would attracts more customers for you.

I'll say you need both, more especially moral, every one has morals either good or bad, but it's best you have a good moral, because it keeps you on top, skill is being able to do something very well, with a good skill people will look for your services and pay you for them.

As a business owner, I have two interns on probation, they are both qualified for the post, but I have the capacity to absorb just one of them,
What will be your suggestion, should I go for one that is skilled but I'll manners or the one that's unskilled but well mannered????
This is a very contesting situation, you are to choose the what you want and what will work for the upbringing of your business
Be very careful that you don't hire they want you want and not the one your business want.
Go for what your business will be better off with be it skilful or unskillful

It's difficult to decide, I understand. Qualification may take a person, but he can only retain an attitude and manner. In the case of the two interns I think you should choose the one with a lot of manners so they can practice the skill while at work and also teach the other person that skills or expertise about something doesn't matter all in these days.

A skillful person who has high moral values is an asset to any business organisations. Moral values such as honesty and trust has no substitute or alternatives when it comes to business and business management.

I really don't get your full explanation but from what i can deduce, i think you should go for the one with the skills for the position, morals without skills is bad for productivity. So go for the skilled one.

I advise you to continue looking for the ideal employee, to help you hand in hand to lead your booming company. You should not choose either of the two in this case, since they do not have the skills you need. It may take longer to get it, but I think it will be worth it.

Success and value education classes are directly proportional to each other. To achieve success, an individual should have a value system on which he must base his decisions, opinions, and actions. The society where we live defines some framework of rules and regulations. We need to live and abide by them.

As for me I think what you really have to do is to pick one of them that has the two and then your business keeps moving and one can also says that a moral kills is simple amalgamation of certain skills for purpose

Abilities and ethics are both vital things. Whatever the business, in the event that you are a specialist in it, you can fill in it and acquire your benefit. On the off chance that you need to fill in it, you should initially look through it altogether. In the event that you need to get more benefit in it you, at that point you need to buckle down for your business progress and you will get benefits.

Skills and morals both are necessary for doing business.business ethics are included in it..and we can't say that only skills matter .. business morals do important in this regards which will make your image more clear
