There are some certain things we do not have control over and I think nepotism is one of them it depends on the owner of the business or any individual to make a stand on this traitWhen it comes to nepotism you cannot control that because I believe it is the privilege of the business owner or the manager who is fully trusted by the owner. We have to live with it even if we see that the relative of the owner is not doing a good performance on the job.
