Over staffing

If you are starting up a business you are not expected to employ a lot of people, that's the mistake that a lot of people make, employing a lot of people will be a problem to your business.

As a new business , you must know you have to give people and your customers the best service , you are going to need all hands on deck , so you need equal numbers of worker and not to overstaff .

Ok but what I'm trying to say is that if you are starting up a business for the very first time you are not expected to employ a lot of people, starting with a small number will be a good idea.

overstaffing is bad and it deters the growth and efficiency of any business or organization, it also makes the employer or business owner pay excessively to workers that are not adding enough value to the company or business. so, one need to filter the workers and know those that are competent enough to buld the business and then fire the rest

I'm not sure overstaffing is a thing. There isn't enough job as it is. I think this can only happen in government organisations to sort of collect more money.
It might be very difficult for you to understand but it is possible that a company can be having too much stuff compared to how much they are making or how much workload it is.

You have a good point there, a lot of people don't understand the disadvantage of overstaffing, if you are starting up a new business you are not expected to employ a lot of people, starting with a small number of people will be a good idea.
