A lazy manger will most certainly affect the business in a negative manner than positive. Just as we all know that a rotten head will affect the functionality of the whole body. So is this case with a lazy manager

Very true, the manager plays a major role on how the business would go, as the name states. They are put in charge to manage not just the company resources but also the humans involved. Be it employees and customers.
 
It looks weird always to work with a lazy manager cos they make the job looks more boring. And they will make you over work yourself trying to cover their laziness.
 
Any employee should always pray not to encounter lazy mansgers that will always slow down your own efficiency cos of low decision making and its lack of management quality.

This is very very true about a lazy business manager. His laziness will most definitely cause the staffs to become lazy as he is and ineffective. Such is a disaster to have in any business
 
One is the most dangerous business killers is a lazy manager most especially when the manager is the type that leaves everything to his staff to do all the work and think of all the solutions that could be needed to make the business keep running from day to day

Yeah I agree with your opinion, but not completely. They are some hardworking employees that can perform exceedingly well even with a lazy manager.

A lazy manager has only one result. To lead the team into bankruptcy and finally the closure of the company. I mean from where will the employees get their motivations from when the head has turned to be a liability?
 
Yes you are very right. It's very important that a business Management especially the manager is very agile in his or her job if not it will be very hard to keep moving the business forward because they won't be productive in the business
 
A lot of employees right now are very sensitive and as such it is very easy for them to try to emulate the behaviour of the manager if he is not attending today already designed company rules.

I am of the opinion that if a business manager is lazy then the whole staff Will be lazy as well z because the management have a greater impact on the turn out of the business, if the business will experience rapid growth, then the management must be coordinated.

Lazy manager in a company or a business enterprise can wreck a company with his non challenge attitude if care is not taking because he's lazy, he won't have time to correct his or her workers if they made mistakes.
 
You are very correct on that part when the manager is lazy, the staff tends to be very lazy as well, and it affects the production of the company. This act of a lazy manager will affect the company as well.
 
That is true because a lazy manager will slow your business down so is not good to employ a lazy manager in your business or any organization.
 
A lazy manager is quick to cause losses to the business since nobody would take him serious and he may not even have the needed energy to nudge his workers to do what is needed for the business.

You're very correct about this, especially if the organization as a whole is not paying their employees as they should. The employees would resort to doing other things.
 
People of this nature are generally failures, what I do if I should see any is a quick dismissal to avoid the mightier ones.
