Lazy Manager

A lazy manager would definitely affect the organization because he's the overall controller of the resources and he'll carry that same lazy attitude to managing those resources.

Laziness has crumble many businesses over the years, a lazy business owner will tend to poverty one day because it's not a diligent person, someone who is lazy will not have a successful business.
 
Although laziness is not encourage in any business organisation but sometimes a manager can really be lazy but their level of organisation is perfect, but if a manager is lazy without a proper business planning and the ability to deal with emergency situation that the business is at a very high risk of collapsing, managers don't really do anything in a business organisation than to manage the affairs of a business.
 
A lazy manager can truly impact the organisation negatively. This is because even the staff members will not be as coordinated if the manager does not manage well. Therefore, a manager should be someone who is really active and knows what is best for the company.
 
Lazy manager should not be allowed to handle the control of business. The majority of those who are working under him are going to emulate his attitude over time and this can affect the production.

You wouldn't know a lazy person until he begins to handle the affairs and the responsibility of an organisation because they always pretend to be hard-working at first and later turn to be lazy when they feel relaxed.

I understand you very well and you are very right. This is the reason why some companies will only have some people to work for about 6 months on probation to see how they can perform as their various position. After that we are going to earn the salary in full.
 
I'mm of the opinion that if a business manager is lazy then the whole staff Will be lazy as well because the management have a greater impact on the turn out of the business, if the business will experience rapid growth, then the management must be coordinated.

No matter how long a lazy manager pretends, the result will definitely show for the effort he put into the system. This is the reason why it is important for a business owner to do ongoing checking on everyone in the workplace including the manager.

Well, many managers have the responsibility to run the company and when they themselves are not capable of handling the workers, the workers will definitely become lazy and this might have a big impact on the business. In this case, the senior manager usually fires the junior-level manager.

Managers are not necessarily lazy because they don't have anything tangible to do in most business. Just that some managers are not able to organise their duties of responsibility which make every other business staff unproductive.
 
Well managers, were not really meant to take direct responsibilities In business. They are just to direct and lead the affairs and smooth running of the business. But in all the same a manager that is lazy will always affect a business negatively
 
Business owners must try as much as possible to hire managers that are very competent. A lazy manager will definitely run your business down and you will not be able to make profit in the long run. They will not even be able to control the workers to do what they are supposed to do.

The general out look of any organisation is a function of its management and the character the management portra,the attitude and behaviour of those involve in the affairs of running the operations affects the outfit in general.

This is very true. Laziness and lackadaisical attitude is a bad trait and should not be seen in any manager or worker in an organization that is aspiring and striving to grow.
 
A lazy manager will seriously affect the company. When the manager is lazy, there's no how the staff will not be lazy. The role of manager is to supervise and correct the staff when necessary. When the manager is now lazy, how will a lazy manager correct lazy staff.
