No matter how long a lazy manager pretends, the result will definitely show for the effort he put into the system. This is the reason why it is important for a business owner to do ongoing checking on everyone in the workplace including the manager.A lazy manager will definitely affect your business negatively, and even if you employed them and watches them for some months on probation , lazy manager will still pretend and shows their true colour when they have full control.
I am of the opinion that if a business manager is lazy then the whole staff Will be lazy as well z because the management have a greater impact on the turn out of the business, if the business will experience rapid growth, then the management must be coordinated.

And one of the negative aspect of employing a lazy manager at work is that the owner of the company might not always be around to detect the negative side of the manager because he thinks the manager is capable of handling the job.You don't have to hesitate to fire if you discover that the manager of your company is lazy. If care is not taken, the attitude of the lazy manager will affect other workforce in the company and this can have a great effect on the overall output.

This is very true. Laziness and lackadaisical attitude is a bad trait and should not be seen in any manager or worker in an organization that is aspiring and striving to grow.The general out look of any organisation is a function of its management and the character the management portra,the attitude and behaviour of those involve in the affairs of running the operations affects the outfit in general.
