Actually managing or management has a greater role to play on the workers. been active will stimulate all the staffs in performing there duties but if not the entire business will definitely collapse one day.

The manager is just like the face of the business and I think that if he is not going to be doing his job well then others are definitely not going to be motivated to do theirs as well.

Anybody who is the manager of any business venture should not be lazy at all. This is because all his works will probably affect the business either positively or negatively.

Not really about coming lazy. It is about being able to organise the business to work perfectly. We have to look at it in this way , in some business organisation managers do not necessarily work all that but the ability to organize and direct is what really matters.

Laziness has many features and it affects the totality of an organisation negatively , you will have a non challant attitude towards work and you won't be able to monitor other workers .

I don't really like the name lazy, if you are lazy there's no way you can have the best results, you have to work hard that's if you want to succeed, success is not for lazy individuals.

I don't really like the way this sounds, the word lazy is not for successful individual, if you are a failure that means you are always lazy, but if you want to make a difference you need to work hard.

Get together with the human resources department and discuss your lazy employee to find out what company policies would apply. Document the employee's acts of insubordination in accordance with company guidelines to be used if termination is necessary.

A lazy manager will definitely impart the company negatively. The duty of manager is to motivate and encourage staff of the company, but when he or she is lazy, how will he manage those people.

A manager's performance has an impact on both the employee and the company as a whole. The manager must be an example for others to follow; if he or she is lethargic, it will show in the company's performance.

An inefficient management will undoubtedly reduce a company's productivity.
A manager is in charge of overseeing all of the day-to-day operations of the entire firm, including planning, directing, and supervising.
Because the manager, who is expected to lead by example, is lethargic, the workflow will be extremely slow and the workers will contribute next to nothing to improving the business.

A lazy boss delegates their responsibilities to their subordinates instead of pitching in themselves. This can lead to low morale from overworked and under-appreciated employees. Before you know it, the entire department's productivity plummets and employees start fleeing.

Off course, a lazy manager will affect a business negatively. I feel it's better to have one or two lazy employees but not a lazy manager. If a manager is Lazy, there is a high chance that the employees would also be lazy.

Manager needs to manage and supervise the business. This also means that they must be active, not lazy. If a manager becomes lazy, then he may start making mistakes.

If an employee becomes lazy, then you cannot course fire the person for the good of the company and everything will move forward. But when a manager becomes lazy, that's actually a disaster.

Anybody who is a manager of any business venture should not be lazy at all. Laziness should actually not be tolerated from a manager because the success of the business is at his mercy.

I think that laziness is an enemy of a manager. This is because if a manager tends to be lazy, he may overlook many things in the business and this could lead to losses.

Probably, any business manager who is lazy will probably bring the downfall of that particular business venture. This is why people should be careful when they are selecting business managers.

My brother works for a chain store as a manager. I won't say which one but it is very large and they are known for not treating their workers fairly... Anyways, the manager above him is so lazy that most people working beneath him hardly bother. He ends up getting stuck doing everyone's jobs and is looking for other work now. He wants to quit.

A lazy manager is more likely to make more and more mistakes because he might overlook many things due to laziness. We all make mistakes, however, making mistakes again and again may be a questionable thing.
