Lazy Manager

Well, in reply to your above post concerning a lazy manager and the effects of having a lazy manager at the helm of affairs, I do think that having a lazy manager is very bad for business pr for any company because they won't get things done
A lazy manager is not good for a business environment because managers and mint to motivate workers and also lead by example if the manager is lazy it kills the company.

Nice write up , a lazy manager alwasy find excuses not to work and they tend to shift their responsibilities to the person below them adding to their workload, and sometimes frustrate the surbodinate to quit work,

I am in concord with your statement in number 1, lazy manager definately lead to reduction in customers because the manager will always be reluctant to carry out necessary details to keep customers excited about the product or service of that company.

You are right that a leader would be imitated by his followers. If the manager is lazy then the subordinates would have the tendency to be lazy at times although not all will be like the manager. Nevertheless a lazy manager is a liability to the business for he can ruin the efficiency of the business operation.
 
I am of the opinion that if a business manager is lazy then the whole staff Will be lazy as well z because the management have a greater impact on the turn out of the business, if the business will experience rapid growth, then the management must be coordinated.

If the manager is lazy, there is an 100% chance that you might never get to see the full potential of what the workers are truly capable of. The amount of effort put in by the manager is actually seem on the results of the workers

Lazy manager are like cancer to every business. Any business that have someone who is lazy as it manager will suffer a great deal. A manager controls, plan and direct all activities in any business, once the manager who is suppose to perform these functions is lazy, the business is as good as dead.
 
Definitely. If the manager is lazy, then it just adds unnecessary burden and work for the workers, cause now they are the ones who will cover the slack and be on the receiving end of a tongue lashing and the likes.

Yes it will definitely impact the business negatively, it is not everyone that you see that you should keep as a manager in your business because they can bring down your business in no time.
 
What you are saying is the absolute truth. A manager of any place should learn to lead his group by example as if he becomes lazy then so will they too.

Yes you are very right. If a manager is lazy the employees will feel reluctant to do work as they will use that as a liverage to misbehave. Although some employees are the type to work smart no matter the situation so there may still be a little dicipline left in the organization
imagine having a lazy manager and sets of lazy employee, that means the business will suffer greatly because there wont be anybody to make any effort of helping the business because they are both lazy.

Most directors or general managers always want to go for cheap managers hereby ending up choosing some quack managers who are only there for the money and not for passion.
 
You cannot expect a good result from a lazy manager. Such a manager will not be motivated to achieve greater things with the business. All the staffs under him my also emulate him, they will become lazy as a result and the business will suffer.
