When I was still unemployed, I always seek for the company's background that I was applying to get into. I am the type of person who always seek for improvement , soo I always think of what are the potentials a certain company could give to me. I always guide my thought with the help of these following questions:

1. Does the company advertise from within?

2. Where have other employees gone to this position in the past?

3. In the next three to five years, where is the company expecting them to be?

These questions helped me a lot in knowing my company's goal in the near future, I hope this will help you as well. Can you please share your thoughts about this?

I think that the questions about future growth in the company for yourself and for the company as well it's very important to look at when you are considering becoming an employee. Because your career growth is something that is very important and that you must continuously look to grow in order to become valued within your field and also to achieve their full potential. I think another important point to consider is the experiences that other, previous employees with the company and how they viewed the company after working with it.

I love your thought and questions because that's what you really have to think about before getting the job because if you didn't think and check and balance everything the company won't think or give you all that because majority of does companies nowadays cares about them selfs alone not what the workers needs

Having the chance to learn new things is important in any position, but it’s especially important during the early stages of your career. For that reason, finding an internship or full-time job that allows you to learn as much as possible is key to the development of your career.

It a good thing to know and understand these things you have highlighted above but how many companies, business, or establish make it so easy for you to know. In any organization, the workers and employees there do not even know their mission or objective so it will be quite more difficult and tasking for an outsider who is just considering work there to know this except there is help from within. But in all, it will go a long way in helping the person prepare his/her for the task ahead and to also plan for success.

When you are desperate for a job, I don't think you will go on researching about the company. When you don't have a job, you will only concentrate on getting the job. However, if you already have a job and you are looking for better opportunities, you will be doing a lot of background check about the companies that you are likely to join in the future.

Fresh graduates and other first job seekers are advised to always endeavor to work in a company related to their profession. This will provide them with adequate knowledge about what their profession entails and how to make use of their theoretical knowledge on the field. During that time, you’ll be able to find yourself and reach your maximum potential.

I like the fact that you are always seeking improvement and looking ahead to the future, some people are still in the same position in a company for over 5 years, contented with the way things are, that is a bad mentality.

They will desire to develop new skills:
While some employees might just go through the motions, star employees are always interested in learning new things. They strive to become better workers, and they make moves to improve on a daily basis.
To this end, they read up on industry news and continue sharpening their skills so they can become even more effective. They very clearly show their desire to develop new skills in a variety of ways whether that be asking for more responsibility or seeking out new training and certification opportunities.

This is commendable coming from you. This shows that you really care about the company that you want to work for and want to do your best for the company. You are the kind of employee I will want in my future company

A company can give you working experience and skills and you know more about working times and how the company operate. As the company is profiting for it's workers the workers are also doing same, it is all about give and take

Getting the opportunity to learn new things is significant in any position, however it's particularly significant during the beginning phases of your profession. Consequently, finding a temporary position or everyday occupation that permits you to learn however much as could reasonably be expected is vital to the improvement of your vocation.

That's a nice question to ask your self , the future growth of the company and yourself, whether or not the company will grow you. it is good to observe all this cause most times a company might not fit your type of skills, may not also develop your self or experience.

Knowing what potentials a company can give you is important as an employee. Because even if you are working for someone or company, you are also seeking to improve and develop yourself. And working in a place where your potentials are further developed is vital for your growth because we all want to improve in life. So when looking for a company work and presented with more than one choice it imperative to select based on potential.

When I was searching for my first job it didn't occur to me that a company should be like this or like that. As long as I get hired, that is already a big deal to me. Fortunately I was hired by a bank. For the next job offers that I got when I was already employed the first thing I looked was the salary and the size of the company. Later on I checked on their policy. One company that offered me a job has work on Saturdays. Oh no, our work schedule in the bank is only weekdays. That extra 1 day of work is not acceptable to me.

Before you get to anywhere you must start from somewhere, in other words you have to ensure that which ever company you find yourself make sure you learn a thing or two from there such as consistency how they operate to meet their target regardless of any form of crisis , productivity chain, how employees are being treated, how the company is been managed as a whole.

Always do a proper investigation and observation of a company before going to it.
you can also check feedback of company workers or staff members.
You should know if it will give you benefit in the future or not.
Also look at the future planning of that company's owner, to know what will that company can give you in the future.

I really like the your thoughts and what you said is very useful.
As for me my plan is not for getting a job, I choose to be my own boss because of these questions you asked. There are many employees that do not think about their future they just working and receiving salary without improvement.

An organization can give you working experience and abilities and you find out about working occasions and how the organization work. As the organization is benefitting for it's laborers the specialists are likewise doing same, it is about give and take.

Therefore, finding an entry level position or everyday occupation that permits you to learn however much as could be expected is critical to the advancement of your profession.
