I am the type of person who always seek for improvement , soo I always think of what are the potentials a certain company could give to me. I always guide my thought with the help of these following questions:

1. Does the company advertise from within?

2. Where have other employees gone to this position in the past?

3. In the next three to five years, where is the company expecting them to be?

I think that the questions about future growth in the company for yourself and for the company as well it's very important to look at when you are considering becoming an employee. Because your career growth is something that is very important and that you must continuously look to grow in order to become valued within your field and also to achieve their full potential. When I was searching for my first job it didn't occur to me that a company should be like this or like that. As long as I get hired, that is already a big deal to me. you can also check feedback of company workers or staff members.
You should know if it will give you benefit in the future or not.
