There is no way you could afford the difficult of co worker especially when you are grouped as a team, we are equally born but not equally the same physically, emotionally, psychologically so you have to be patient and calm when you are amidst of people especially hot tempered ones

The only way i try to handle co-workers who are just a handful is to ignore them.
i try as much as possible not to communicate much with them, as too much familiarity with them may breed chaos.
It is best to avoid such people to avoid problems.

One thing in life is ignoring those you have to ignore because we all are humans and bad tempered might meet bad tempered one day and the office will caught fire .

There mustn't be a close relationship between you and all your colleagues.
If you know what temperament is, you'll know that some persons do not naturally love or accept unnecessary closeness, not that they are proud or snubs.
So if you have such a folk as a colleague, hello is more than ok for them, so you have to understand that and stick to it.
 
Working in a place there are always some very difficult person that makes it difficult for you to work with the best way to deal with them is reporting them to your supervisor or department head.
 
Well, I consider myself lucky because I never have to face any kind of co-workers. I work alone (I am self-employed) and I will most likely work alone in the future as well because I am now into crypto trading.
 
It is always important that you should identify such kind of people very early and then try to always speak nice to them no matter how bad they are because sometimes it is not really their fault.

For me I am the type that can go along well with any kind of person in my workplace. Yes, sometimes it is really annoying to see some persons get in your way for trouble, but to me I do not see anything trouble. I just simply laugh over such issues, don't allow them throw me off balance. Just smile over it and let life going.
 
Once had an encounter with one of my coworkers, a money was given to be shared among the employees he got everything and never released a dime. Hated him till I left
 
An employee do not have the right to argue with the manager because a manager is the controller of the business and he decide what he wants in his business, even though they are annoying but we all must follow what they are saying.
Managers are not God. Though it leaves a bad taste if we have to argue openly with them but that doesn't harm them with the power to trample upon the rights of employees. They are only senior colleagues, not life givers!
 
I have a little experience with working offline and thankfully I did not have to deal with difficult co-workers. I worked for one year as a store manager where I had just one helper and 17 days in a company with six staff.
I am the kind of a person that doesn't like any form of trouble at all so if a colleague of mine is proving stubborn to relate to it then I will just totally ignore that employee or colleague because I do not like trouble in whatever guise

Do examine your own behavior before blaming the other person.
Don't let it get personal.
Do communicate what issues you're having.
Don't get baited into unprofessional behavior.
Do remind yourself of what you stand to gain by working with this person.
Don't be afraid to ask your manager for assistance.
One of the ways to deal with a difficult co worker is to aviod situations where you will be over familiar,and also aviod discusion that borthers on gossip,this will help protect your intergrity.
 
It is rather unfortunate that all humans don't have the same character which as resulted in some having hot temper while others don't. But I agree with your tips above, especially the one that says those people should be taken the way they are.
 
In handling a difficult worker in my company, I will firstly try to warn him of some certain behaviour over some times. and if the behaviour persist, the only two options to dealt with his actions is to either deduct from his salary or to sacked him totally from the work.
 
Very nice suggestions. Pretty sure working with temperamental worker could be tricky and frustrating. That is why you must be the bigger person and apply some sort of caution.
Yeah, true. Self control is key. I have had an experience in work place, a fellow worker was always looking for trouble and everyone just stays away from him
