Focusing in one area of business is better than running multiple businesses

As a good business owner one has to be specific and straight forward,multi business brings about division of labour and time consuming,it is better to focus on one aspect.

When you are focusing on one area of business you give it hundred percent of your attention and it is likely possible that you may succeed in a situation like this, when there is too much thing to concentrate on you lose attention and you can't give every of them perfectly.

Well, focusing in one area of business, is very good and that will lead to specialisation of duty but sometimes to business men, I will not advise you focus one a single business because there are obstacles that may lead to your failure and the other business will support you.

I don't support this though. I prefer to have many chains of business than focusing on one. This is because anything can happen to the focused one. But when we have more than one, it means we still have more than one source of income.

That's the best thing to do. It will surprise you to know that most major companies and business organizations around are owned by the same person. They only hire managers to oversee the business for them while still maintaining ownership of it.

It is better to have concentration on anything. When you are multi-tasking then your mind and focus are divided into 2 or more things. That can cause mistakes and can even make you confused particularly with the finances. If you have several business to handle then you should have a manager.

I would say it depend on the ability of the individual. There are successful entrepreneurs who run multiple business and they are doing fantastically well. But other who only manage a single business very well.

If you have a very good business that's makes you very busy and its fetching you good amount of returns , I guess its better if you stick to the business alone and monitor it rather than dividing your attention on many business.

There are people running up up four business and its not up to the level of someone having just one business .

Well, no matter how the business is generating me a constant income it is not still good for people to depend on one source of income, at least you need to have a back-up plan and that won't really take so much of your time.. depending on one source of income to me is somehow very risky.
