In many communities. There are socially ascribed roles for the both genders and so a shift in the jobs they can do but generally. I think there is no job best suited for anyone.

I think any job or business should be unbiased. Let it be men or women, we shouldn't never compare gender. If a man is competent, he will take the position if a women is, then she will. It's as simple as that.

Actually some jobs might be reserved for some certain gender due to the nature of the job. Some jobs that requires a lot of energy to carryout might be likely reserved for men than women the same way some people prefers women stylist to men.

Personally i dont think there are actually jobs that are gender based, we are the ones attaching certain jobs to men and some to women. As a woman or even a man, if you are passionate about a job or business idea go for it. I believe some people do not allow women to do some heavily manual labour jobs out of fear for their wombs or waist, so it wount affect it.

I don't think that there are professions or businesses that are meant for women or men. Anyone can aspire to become anything, and to produce or invent anything that he/she sets his/her mind to, it all have to do with determination and focus. Ideas flows through any mind that is willing and ready to think out solutions to problems, and its not gender based.

I completely agree with you with that there are no professional jobs all businesses that are meant for just one gender because all genders can aspire to become whatever they want to become as there are no restriction so what anyone can become in life when we have the mindset to do it and the motivation to do it.

It s true that around the world men are not only control governments but also the business world. However, why do you think women are unable to progress as much as men.

What is there no woman who has created something like Facebook, YouTube, Google, Amazon, eBay, Bitcoin? The list goes on. Is this due to women being inferior, or it is because they do not have the talent?

There is no job as i think that is an exclusive reserve of any gender,because even the jobs that was seen as exclusive have been engaged by women.women are into engineering and highly technical jobs,women are into servicing of mechinery,and some into hair cut,these used to be a reserved for men.
