Wow that’s very good. Please can you share highlights for us on how effective it was. Did it raise the productivity of company? At any point, was there rift among the employees? If yes, how do you resolve it?
It was quite helpful from my understanding and how things took form out after the meetings. Most of the time we have our group leaders inform us about the meeting and what to expect. So, we all already have an idea of what to expect in the meeting.

This is very good. It’s always difficult and challenging to maintain harmony at a workplace when there’s a prize for something. It requires good leadership skill.

Creating an healthy competition among employees can be achieved by using some form of certain competitiveness strategy. This may be done by awarding them gifts according to their performance which will actually make them compete amongst themselves.

I have seen some workers hate each other so much because of one prize that has been promised them. I think such task being given these staff should be individually, so that they can focus on their own and finish it when they are free and can do. If it's just one task, it may breed enmity.

I create a healthy competition among my employees by encouraging and motivating them. You simply set targets and whoever meets or exceeds them is rewarded. You can give them a challenge which will make them take the work so serious.

I once read a book authored by Dale carnegie titled— ‘How to win friends and influence people’. In that book he made mentioned that a student of his narrated to the class on how he boosted production at his workplace. The student said he noticed a decline in the production and he was losing money. Instead of him to reprimand his workers, he didn’t do that. He ordered a chalkboard and placed it where all his workers can see it on a daily basis. At the end of each working session, he writes the numbers of production on the chalkboard. He rubs off the previous Number and write the present one. He said he noticed a massive increase the production rate and his business started booming.
Notice he didn’t condemn his workers for the decline instead he created a healthy competition without sacking or spending much.

My question now is; How do you create a healthy competition in your work place?
My number one is to always give rewards by rewarding excellence. Also take time to interact with your staffs to know their challenges, never you talk any staff down in the presence of all. If a staff is underperforming, call him/her aside and calmly try to know what the problem is. And also together look for a solution.

It's always a good thing to have a good and healthy relationship with your employees because they will feel loved and a part of your company, which will in turn make them to give their best to achieving the business goals and objectives set ahead of them to meet. When people are happy, they will always do well.

Happiness of employees is a priority of a manager. A manager must be a good leader that understand the turn ons and turn offs of each employee. It’s very important to know the this in order to trigger their happiness mode. This will also help increase productivity and also harmony in the company

Exactly, people tend to do well when they are genuinely happy. So as a business owner, if you have any trick that can help you to make your staff happy always, it's better employ it often in your business so as to get the best out of your employees, which in turn works well for you in terms of profit making.

As for me I beleive this ability should be a prerequisites and requirements to consider when choosing a manager or leader for a job. Employees and clients relationship is the key to a successful business.

Competition is a vital instrument for attaining success in a business place or life in general. A healthy competition in a work place is vital both to employees growth and collective company growth. We humans are by nature competitive and so channelling this inate ability in a healthy manner is an amazing way of boosting productivity. What is important is been able to separate it from a toxic one which can fuel bad blood and ultimately ruin a work place.

This is a very fantastic example and quality leadership skills. It's not easy to manage employees talk less of creating a healthy competition among them. What I do with people that I lead in the organisation I am is reward them with gifts after a good work done.

You can engage them in weekly competition like giving them trophies and gift depending on how well they work for that week. You can give them a challenge which will make them work more efficiently especially the one that will keep them commited to their jobs

There will always be competition among colleagues, friends and family the way we go about it is what makes the difference. Competition among colleagues should not be fierce and manipulative, it should not be deceptive either. Compete with one another with love.

Work is naturally competitive, everyone wants to do well in their job in order to get recognized and promoted and this can lead to conflicts.
Among my employees, i try to reward them accordingly, I encourage their good efforts and I make sure we all work together in fun and unity. Everyone knows their roles, so their is no room for strife or envy.

Health competition can gear the drive to a successful and productive working environment. Humans get thrilled by competition. Normal competition can be created easily but a healthy one is hard to come by.

just like you said, you can make a target that the workers can reach and in the end, if it has reached it, it will be rewarded with something. that something should be motivating enough for them not to be taken lightly.
Absolutely you are right. I think there should be competition among your workers. They should be mostly targets.Just like your employees are very active You can file a general petition in your office after one minute This will make your employees healthier later and get the job done better

Try to engage them in competition, set a prize for the winner of the day or week, depending on how much the have work, you can give them a challenge which will make them take the work so serious

At first, one has to organise a group project done together in order to promote good relationship between the employees. At a certain point in time, one can now begin to shuffle the group to see how well employees can work together to achieve a goal. It is important that they must first have a healthy competition as a group before having a health competition among themselves

Some research studies suggest such competition can motivate employees, make them put in more effort, and achieve results. Indeed, competition increases physiological and psychological activation, which prepares body and mind for increased effort and enables higher performance.
