Between existing customers and new customers which one someone needs to give special treatment?

An existing customer is customer that has been patronizing you for long and keep on doing so while new customer is the one that just patronize you newly. In my own view, both of them are so very important in business setting and even for business growth. As for you which one will you prefer to treat specially?
The old customers that has been around and kept faith with the business is suppose to be given a top priority,as this is his actual customers and not the ones that just came in most times in a flash and may never return back patronage.

Between existing customer and new customer do you want to give special attention to will be the new customer this is in order for you to buy the attention and for them to be able to come back again but that doesn't mean that you don't give your existing customer quality attention too because they are both important.
 
All customers should be treated fairly equally no matter of they are old or new ones, Is there anyone a business can afford to lose, I think not so there should be no discrimination
 
Both new and old customers is very important for any business to grow, so it's important to know how to keep old customers and also be able to attract new customers.
 
A lot of big companies tend to focus mainly on gaining new customers but I really think they should try to focus on both new and existing customers. Whilst bringing in new customers can be beneficial, you are more likely to sell/earn more when you ensure that you retain your existing customers who may buy from you regularly.

Both existing customers and new customers all need special treatment but people do give their new customers special treatment because they want to enable them to keep coming.
 
You should try and treat both of them specially at any time but it's hard to choose between a new or an existing customer actually but I would like to go with a new customer.

I will go with your view and opinion to me both are important you can't treat a new customer more special and abandon the old one like you give a more attention to old customer and abandon your new customer. it is proper you treat both specially because the new one will.
 
The situation will determine, but all things being equal, old customers are already part and parcel of you and the business so new customers deserve more attention to gain their tru and patronage.
Even this old customers are the wheel behind new customers, they are the one that birth new customers so they are just as important like new one
 
Both existing and old customers should be given a good treatment. But to me, the new customers should be given preferential treatment than that existing. Because you've win the heart of the new ones

There is not rule of preferential conduct when it comes to customers patronizing you. Infact , you should be more focused on convincing the new customers for them them to keep coming back

Your business need both existing and new customer in order to remain for a long period of time. If I am to choose between the two, I will go for the existing customers because it is pretty much easier to do business with an existing customers and they can also help you to bring in new customers.
 
Both of them need a serious attention ,you really need to give the attention you are giving to new people that are coming into your business do the older people also ,because they are also your customers.
