Seriously this is just one of the best thing to do because some of them can be so annoying that no matter how you try for them they will still never appreciate it. I'll just look for a better place to work that's all.

Do you really think I have to pray for this ? because normally it is expected that as long as you are loyal to your manager they should also treat you the same way by being friendly.
