Probably, the boss is the owner of the business and it will actually be very difficult for you to deal with him or her. Definitely, it is extremely difficult to be able to deal with such people because there is nothing we do without you please them. It is better you resign and look for another job or better still start your own business.I think that the best way to deal with a toxic boss is to resign from the job. Such things can even challenge you to start your own business. Working under people who never appreciate your hard work and sacrifice is not fulfilling at all. This is what I did when i was working for an organisation. They were never pleased and consistently kept demanding for more. There is a limit on how much a human could do.
We are all working with an organisation either private or public to make end meet and there's nothing we can do with our toxic boss except you are planning to leave the organisation.Though everyone has his personal opinion but personally I think you as an employee, has nothing to do in handling a toxic boss. the only solution is to be obedient and competent in performing your duties.
If you continue to do your job and try to deliver the best result, is the boss still toxic towards you? If that is the case, perhaps it is the time to ditch the job and find a new own. Well, you do not have to immediately quit the job, you can continue hunting the job and also going to the same job. Once you get a new job, you can leave the job and the toxic boss.
