It's more about time management and knowing what kind of schedule works for you, (and your employees, if you have them) in order to get work done in a timely fashion and making a profit when all is said and done.Some people may be strict while others are not , but all these things will still boils down to the fact that if you can't manage your business perfectly , being strict and not being strict wouldn't help you in any way. People that can manage business perfectly will understand that strictness most times does not work.
