Why is Litecoin appreciate like other alt coins?

There's no doubt about how popular Litecoin is when being compared to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. But I've quite noticed that even with the recent bullish run of Bitcoin which helped to push up the value of other alt coins, Litecoin didn't move up so much. It's literally behaving like a stable coin.

Could this be the reason why Litecoin is seen as an undervalued cryptocurrency?
