One of the best way to retain your skilled staffs is by paying them a good amount of money. Most staffs resigned simply because they paid very low. You can retain them by paying them enough.
That is right. Workers who are paid just enough rarely resign. But those whose work is too much and the pay is less will eventually resign from the job. As an employer, you end up loosing your best skilled staff.
