Personally, if the amount of money being paid to me in a particular company is good I wouldn't even mind whether I am appreciated or not. Financial appreciation is what I accept the most than any other kind of appreciation.

Yes, there is no way you can use money to appreciate people who are already millionaires because they are not in need of it. But in a situation whereby you are an employer, you can actually do that to your employees.
