Experience people always have an edge over inexperienced people in every aspect of business. If I have a company I will definitely hire experience employees.

I believe most of these firms want to avoid the cost of training inexperienced individuals, but I feel it is not the right thing to do. It is best to give these new ones the chance so that knowledge can be acquired better and by high number of people.

Basically they have been through the ups and downs of the line of work so basically they've seen it all and unlike the inexperienced newbies they are less prone to mistakes.
