In business, customer relation explains a reason why clients ether remain yours or check else where. No doubt having a good customer service or client relation makes client want to keep dealing with you and this in turn improves the client base and makes room for more referral

I think customers are always bosses in any business. But as You Mentioned earlier that Giving good Customer services is need of a business, I would say yes, that's a first periority of a business man to give them good Customer services. Because if you would give them periority then definitely you would get always periority over other by customers. One should keep in mind that we always need to have good relationship to our boss to have a happy environment around us, so customers services should be given properly to clients.

According to my own point of view there are many tips for providing good customer care. first keeping good relationship with your customer. second respecting your customers and thirdly always give to your customers what they want at their point of need.

For me, customer service literally stand as the image of any company. Honestly, if im not being attended to very well in a bank for example, anytime i want to make regerence to the event, I'll mention the name of the bank.
So customer service can not be under emphasized. Ways customer service can be improved are:

2. Customer personnels should always wear a smile regardless of personal feelings.
3. Always make customers feel special and appreciated

If you have good and quality product to be offering a customer, it also important to have good customer care, and you must be a person that has a human relationship in which to make your customers keep coming to you. So, customer must be treating on good manners way.
 
Be kind to your customers. And don't forget to always smile, your words should be lighthearted and when things start to get heated make a small joke. Always be ready to explain to your customer how things work and be ready to answer their questions diligently.
 
When you say customer service it should be not only service with a smile but prompt service. I am turned off when I go to a customer service department for problems with our car or the computer. I had to wait for 30 minutes. Even in calling their office it takes time to get someone to talk to me. For a prompt response that is good customer service for me.
 
I think if the customers are given the first pay for their work and if they are given a lot of rewards along with the salary, they will work better and their work will be better.That so many percent will work in one week, they will get so much profit, in this way they will improve their work and in this way the purchase of your things will be more.
