Tips for good customer service

In order to have a good customers service , we must make sure we have a good listening hear to listen to the problems and challenges our customers are passing and most importantly be able to solve them.
Good listening hears ? Do you really think this is absolutely necessary to check or to look for when employing someone to take the customer care responsibilities ? For me this may not really be necessary.

The best tip I can provide is to discuss the problem with your customer in great detail and get to the root cause of the problem. This is something many customer service representatives do not do,
 
Good customer service is something businesses need to put into consideration because it can go a long way in making them get a lot of customers. A good customer service must try as much as possible to reply emails and messages on social media platforms as fast as possible.
 
Harsh language is not necessarily indicative of insight, and unhappy customers are not always an indication that anything is wrong. However, sometimes valuable input is buried within the venom – give attention to every comment.

Actually good hearing of your customers complaints is very important and how you speak to them that helps in understanding each others views in the promotion of your business.

If you are the type of person who gets angry quickly, it is going to be very difficult for you to work as a customer service representative because it is a job where customers will always annoy you from the beginning of the day till the end of the day.

Apart from speaking nicely, it is also important to listen to what a customer is saying. A customer may notice this and interrupting the customer may not be a great idea after all. So, this is one of the most crucial things a person must consider while on a job.

The main problem here is that many customers think that they are entitled to disrespect people (employees) just because serving the customer is their job. Just because an employee is there to serve a customer, this does not mean that they have the license to disrespect people.

I believe that the reason for this is for that saying that customers are always right which a lot of them now take it upon themselves to abuse the privilege to treat workers whichever way they feel like and most of them they get away with it.

Unfortunately, this is something that is inevitable in many workplaces. In many places they treat employees as if they are their servants. What's even worst is the fact that they do not even pay you well in many cases! This is unlawful in many countries, actually.

It is only a few jobs that usually pay the workers very well because from my observation over the past 10 years, it is very clear that most workers are usually under paid from the job they are doing on daily basis and it is very sad.

There are many jobs that pay a good sum of money to their employees. However, employees have to work like robots and they hardly get breaks in between. they could be working for 10 to 12 hours per day. this could also have a huge bad effect on the health of such kind of people.
 
Good customer support comes from those who check and respond as fast as possible. Those who go above and beyond to sort an issue out for a customer.

My suggestions are simple, take it slow with customers. Sometimes they get mad, and you need to stay calm. Try your best to work with them. If they are returning an item, accept the return, or offer a replacement.

Good customers also stay up to date with the customer, as in call-backs in case they need to.
