There is no two ways to it. When we don't have the competent hands as employees, it will surely tell on our business. To get the best, we just need to do away with nepotism and favoritism especially when appointing to sensitive posts.
This is something I always tell most business owners or entrepreneurs when it comes to hiring those that are going to work for them to make sure that they hire quality and not quantity. This is because it is better for you to have only three people that are very qualified to carry out their duties working for you than to have 10 people that are not qualified.
