Oh. I still have a lot to know about the establishment of business because personally I haven't established business before. I don't really know about you if you have been In business.You still dont get the fact , even when there is competition , satisfying you customer and responding to their needs gives you an added advantage , because your customer will like your service
Absolutely, a lot of business have ceased to exist as a result of poor customer service. Your customers should treated with great respect because they are the ones that keep you in business. A great way to achieve this is to adequately train your staff on proper customer relations so that they have the know how to keep customers.as a business personel you need to know how to take good care of your customers and also provide them the exact thing they want in good quality and quantity ,and also don't argue with your customer
A good customer care representative must know better on how to deal with his or her customer and must know how to be responsible for the mistakes his company makes by rendering an apology on the companys behalfYou must be eloquent in speaking, ability to multi- task in attending to customers, good composure and more especially the ability to use the computer and a little knowledge on how to work on a spreadsheet.
In order to have a good customers service , we must make sure we have a good listening hear to listen to the problems and challenges our customers are passing and most importantly be able to solve them.In a very simple terms , it is just for us to try as much as possible to provide everything they need and to solve their problem as soon as possible.
