It is better for them to look for something else and do because some school dont pay during the holiday so its better to have another source of income if you are teaching,but never mind that is a very good profession for people that know how to do it but have other work for backup

Before the pandemic, teachers used to earn money every month. You are right that they never used to get paid during holidays but they at least used to earn money every month (apart from Holidays) and used their savings to run their houses with the savings. But now every thing has changed.

I think finding work as a teacher has become more difficult because in the past there were many schools but not many teachers, so teachers were high in demand. However, things have changed now a lot.

Probably the number of students you are taking another not much. My brother don't let that little lesson you did deceive you, teaching is a hard job.

First you are going to write lesson note and this usually takes lot of time and thinking before you can achieve to write good lesson note.

The next thing is explanation of what to write in the lesson note for the student. You won't know how difficult teaching is until you handle students with learning disability.

This set of people with special challenge will frustrate the hell out of you because no matter how hard you try to explain things they will never understand it.

Yes I got this information from one of our relatives that is living in Canada ,she actually travel to Nigeria few months ago and she was the one that give us most of this information for New immigrants.

According to my observation , teaching has been easier nowadays , with online classes and presentations , teachers can sit in the home and teach students just by showing the presentations on their screen. Black board teaching is no more the way of teaching , nowadays there are smart classes being set up in many schools and colleges too.

Though I have not taken any teaching job before but I can say that teaching job is always available as I see so many advert on it on the streets of my country. The only problem I have is that those teachers are not well paid and that can discourage some many teachers not to work the way they supposed to or don't even take the job at all. Bankers have levels and specialisation , there are some bank clerks that aren't paid more and even some small banks pays their staff less salaries compared to some big school teacher

Thers a lot of differences between private and public school teachers , most private school teachers don't get salary during holidays but all the government school teachers gets their complete salary during holiday and even when they are on strike,

In my city, government college professors earn a goodamount of money. However, not every teacher in my city can get a job in the government college. This is why many teachers who teach in private schools are suffering a lot due to this pandemic problem.
