I'm drinking a cinnamon-frozen coffee right now and it tastes so good! Cinnamon is one of my favorite flavors, after all. Cinnamon Toast Crunch is usually my #1 go-to cereal.

Good afternoon everyone! I'm currently dealing with a cold still. Today I felt worse than I have been and I hope I'll start to feel a little better by tomorrow. My cough calmed down since taking medicine though thankfully, but my nose is a bit congested. I can't take time off of work though since I barely have any time until next month. :\ My work no longer takes doctors notes unless it's around the Holidays, which of course have come and gone.

Yep it is ridiculous. My work used to take doctors notes all the time but I think too many people were abusing this and now they only accept them during the Holidays to excuse your absence. I called off work today, I needed to since I couldn't sleep that well last night due to the cold I'm dealing with. I got some extra sleep and it helped. I'm not 100% better, but I'm feeling much better now than I was feeling this morning.

Never underestimate the power of management to make stupid decisions.

Consider that every rule change will have a reason for it, because if the old ways were working fine, they wouldn't have changed them - and abuse of a system is the usual reason for change.
