I Believe It's not A must that someone or is that should work I had and they are paid but it should be something that comes straight up from the mind of the employee and we all know that once an employee works more than they are being paid then the owner of the manager of that business with definitely pay for such an employee for promotions and bonuses.The truth is most staff work more than their been paid, when you are talking on the remuneration if most staff, it's a bit lower comparing it with the work they perform, especially if that is their passion, you will discover that they put in more strength because that's what they love

I think even if the employee is enjoying the work it is still unethical to let him work for the business without compensation. It is like abusing him. In our labor law such business can be complained and can result in suspension of the operation for labor abuse.It depends on how enjoyable the business is for you. There are job roles that you enjoy doing without minding the amounts of money that you are being paid in it.

It is no profile for staff to work more than they are being paid it is good to work according to what you have paid any staff who work more than he or she is being paid is enslaving himself.That is right answer. I also don't think and like that staff will work more than their pay. It's an abuse for the workers.

This is against our rules and regulation in our country to let workers work more than the hours they are supposed to work. They are given an overtime pay. If it is a holiday according to our economic rules and regulations they should have double pay.It is usual practice to see that the workers in most employment usually work more than they are been paid. It is just something we all cannot deny. It will keep happening
