Should Staff Work More Than They Are Paid?

It is usual practice to see that the workers in most employment usually work more than they are been paid. It is just something we all cannot deny. It will keep happening

Staff should be paid as the work they should not be paid more than what they work and not be paid less than what the work if they are being paid less that means they are being enslaved.

The truth is most staff work more than their been paid, when you are talking on the remuneration if most staff, it's a bit lower comparing it with the work they perform, especially if that is their passion, you will discover that they put in more strength because that's what they love
I Believe It's not A must that someone or is that should work I had and they are paid but it should be something that comes straight up from the mind of the employee and we all know that once an employee works more than they are being paid then the owner of the manager of that business with definitely pay for such an employee for promotions and bonuses.

Lol, I'm not the one that discovered those leafs oh, they've been there even before human creation. Most of the foreign medicines that cure different diseases are made from the leafs.

The law doesn't work like that in my country. If a worker enjoys his work and decided to work more than he his been paid for, he does it at his own discretion.

This is against our rules and regulation in our country to let workers work more than the hours they are supposed to work. They are given an overtime pay. If it is a holiday according to our economic rules and regulations they should have double pay.
